Please use the form below inquire about an order with us. Orders are taken first come first serve. Once an inquiry comes in you will receive an email from us within 48 hours. This email does not mean you are in our queue, it simply means your inquiry was received and we will follow up with any further questions regarding your inquiry. Once a design is confirmed and a deposit is placed you are officially in our queue. Our turn around times vary so please check with us if you have a deadline. Usually custom orders are at least 2 weeks turn around, but we will let you know if we can squeeze in an order in less time. This may be longer during the holidays. Place Christmas orders well in advance to be sure your deadline can be met. We will not directly copy other artisan's designs. Wholesale orders come with a minimum of 25 items. Our pricing can vary due to changes in material pricing over the course of the year. We do our best to avoid changing pricing. We DO NOT do deliveries. Shipping is available or we have a pick up box located in Broad Brook CT. We ask that you respond regarding orders in a timely manner as to not hold up other pending orders. We send emails with3D renderings and all pertinent information before we carve or cut any orders. These must be signed off on for us to complete your order. This is to protect you and to protect us. Triple check spelling as you will be charge a 50% recut fee if you give incorrect spelling. If we do not hear back within a week regarding your pending order we will begin working on the next order and you will be placed back in the queue. Customs are non refundable. Most importantly have fun with your order! Get creative. It is rare we will turn an idea down unless we do not feel we can adequately create your vision!
