In exchange for the space your organization will receive during the Active Adult Expo 2023, you are required choose one of these options as a donation to be provided prior to the beginning of the event. There will be a table at the registration desks for donations.

Raffle prize to raffle off during the event
Our organization agrees to participate in the Wheeling Police Social Services Unit and Wheeling Park District Active Adult Expo on October 5, 2023. Our organization will be set up and ready to go by 2:00 p.m. and stay through 4:00 p.m. We further agree that our representatives will not directly solicit attendees unless directly solicited by attendees. Wheeling Police and/or Wheeling Park District reserve the right to ask any organization to leave the event if it is determined the non-solicitation policy has been violated.
