Triple P – the Positive Parenting Program is one of the most effective, evidence-based parenting programs in the world, backed by more than 30 years of ongoing research. Triple P gives parents simple and practical strategies to help them confidently manage their children’s behavior, prevent problems from developing and build strong, healthy relationships. Family Transitions Triple P is designed for parents who are experiencing personal distress from separation or divorce, which is impacting or complicating their parenting. During five sessions, Family Transitions Triple P assists parents who need extra support to adjust and manage the transition of separation or divorce. It focuses on skills to resolve conflicts with former partners and how to cope positively with stress. Once registered you will be contacted by email to schedule your sessions.
