- Fill out your contact information.
- Choose your Digitize Package.
- Include any extra photos, slides or tapes you wish to add.
- Organize your photos/slides in envelopes or packets. If you label any photos or slides, be careful to avoid marking any of the image portion, including the slide holder. Please label your videotapes clearly with an ID (i.e. Full Name - Description Word)
- Include special instructions where noted.
- Pay for services at end of the form.
- If you choose Big Box option , please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs.
