    When submitting a request for a program change from the original enrollment contract, a 45-day notice is required. Please specify an effective date for the change to take place. There are no consecutive monthly program changes permitted, and the school does not allow program changes in December and May. All requests are contingent upon availability.

  • Withdrawal Notice

    The school requires withdrawal notices at least 45 days before the effective date. Tuition is nonrefundable and nontransferable. In the event of withdrawal, prepaid May tuition will apply to the last 30 days of attendance as long as the notice is submitted 45 days before April 1 of the school year you are withdrawing from.
