Payments
VCM Perth Events uses SQUARE, an online payment portal. We will invoice you once approved. Once you have been approved, our JOTFORM system will send you an approval email. In this email link will be further instructions of what happens next. Please read this and keep for further reference. We are registered for GST purposes.
Payment is due within 14days of the first instalment invoice date. Be aware if you are late in paying we will not hold your booking and will replace you immediately. Unfortunately based on last season we can not hold placements. Other vendors and the public get let down by non attendances and VCM cannot fill vacancies at short notice. So please remember to pay on time.
This season you are asked to select ALL dates you would like to attend.
Once approved, an invoice will be sent. All dates will be invoiced on the one document. Installments will be included across the full season. You will not be expected to pay all at once. However late payments after 14 days of the reminder being sent (via SQUARE) will result in your placement being withdrawn.
Periodic installments for your approved chosen dates will be sent to your email address. They will have their own due dates. Please print and set you calendars. SQUARE will send you a reminder.
We use SQUARE payment PORTAL. Unfortunately we no longer take EFT or Direct Deposits as payment.
When you receive your invoice it will include attachements within the invoice. Please download your invoice.

NON attendance
If you have booked dates in advance, take responsability for the commitment you have made in booking them. VCM have reserved your placement before all others. Other vendors have been declined in favour of your attendance. We will have advertised the rosters and advertised your brand as well. So please honour your booking with us.
Advertising.
As a business you must be fully across social media engagement and promotion of your brand. VCM will give you tiles and Hyperlinks and hashtags to use. All aproved applicants are required to advertise. If you do not participate in the promotion of your attendance then you will not be invited to further participate on future dates.
Snacktracker and other socials
Advertising your business at our event? Remember to tag us @vcmperthevents - Insta @vcmperth_events. We will regrann or share posts and reels. We can not share posts where other events are tagged.
Cancellations
You can arrange for another vendor with a similar menue to take your place in the event you can not attend. However any renumeration is between yourself and the business replacing you. They must be fully documented and compliant with our requests for information as required to trade lawfuly; must fulfill any requirements by LGA/WA HEATH/our client/s and/or any menue restrictions (if any) Businesses who are not suitable to VCM will not be permitted to trade. Decisions by VCM are final.
Refunds
We do not refund for change of mind, and double bookings.
If the EVENT date is cancelled or postponed by the organiser or VCMPerth Events contractors/client, or by governement order, or other unforseen issues, we will CREDIT you to the next event/service we can provide. This can NOT be rolled over to any other event/venue or dates; ONLY valid for Ellenbrook Cantina Dates for the 23-24 season. Unused credits are forfeite at the end of the season. Weather events - unless 10mm or more rain, high winds, or severe weather warning is forcaste the the event will proceed. As an outdoor event your are responsible for your stock.
