Relationship
The dominant shall maintain a professional relationship with the client conforming with proper ethical standards of business conduct established by federal and state laws of the dominant's resident state. They shall act in accordance to agreed limits and financial budget of their client, and shall take iniative to terminate the contract with the client if gambling, fraud, or bankruptcy of the client is suspected.
Client's progress for developing his/her physical, mental, and emotional well-being, the acts and decisions shall be his/her own responsibility. The dominant shall only support, assist, and help the client with the realizations for those choices. The dominant shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions which may have direct or indirect results of the services provided by the dominant.
Client acknowledges that this agreement does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of emotional disorders, neither this agreement may be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, legal advice, or other professional advice by other qualified professionals.
In order for the contractual relationship to be fruitful, the client must communicate honestly their financial limits and previous commitments; the client must be open to feedback and constructive criticism from the dominant in order to improve the contractual relationship until the contract's closure.
