04. General Information, Terms and conditions
Pricing
Normally, I charge based on how much time is spent on the tattoo. If you'd like, I can give you a rough estimate of how much you should budget for, based on the answers you give me in this form. However, if we end up choosing a different placement or size, or the tattoo simply takes longer than expected, I am not bound by any estimate I may have given you, but will of course choose a fair procedure and inform you beforehand.
Deposit and additional fees
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the appointment or, for appointments in Leipzig, if you reschedule for a second time. You will need to give me about a week's notice if you need to reschedule. The deposit will be deducted from the price at the end of the session. Fees for drawing custom work are generally non-refundable and won't be deducted from the price.
Risk awareness
I am aware that tattoos are associated with pain. The procedure constitutes the offence of intentional bodily harm. I hereby expressly declare that I consent to this bodily injury. I hereby waive any rights or claims for damages against the tattoo artist that may arise from or be directly or indirectly related to the tattoo process. Intentional damage is excluded.
