2022 Des Moines Waterland Parade Junior Parade Application & Parental Consent Form

Participants: 18 years old and younger Check-in at 4:30 PM at the South Marina Parking Lot,22307 Dock St. S. (near Anthony's Homeport) In Des Moines Parade begins at 5:30 PM sharp Application Deadline June 30, 2022 Please note that free Pirate Theme construction materials to decorate your bike, wagon, or other small wheeled float will be available near the Farmers Market on Saturday, July 23, between 2pm and 4pm.

An adult, 19 or older, must always supervise all entries before, during. and after the parade. By signing the Hold Harmless Agreement below, you are indicating that you understand and agree to uphold it and the rules and regulations for the parade. You must provide proof of insurance and a valid driver's license if necessary. Please complete this Hold Harmless Agreement form for all persons involved in your entry:
