Terms & Conditions

PARENTS AND SENIOR: I understand that if I am chosen as a Senior Rep Team member, I will be required to use Behind the Lens Images, as my senior photographer and will agree to not use any other photographer(s) for the duration of the program. I also understand that this application will be reviewed by Behind the Lens and is not a guaranteed acceptance into the Senior Rep Team. In addition, I understand that, if chosen, I am required to pay the cost of a senior session. Likewise, I will have the opportunity to earn money through referrals and contests.

I understand that as a Senior Rep Team Member, I will receive:
$100 gift voucher to use towards my session
$375 voucher redeemable for my own app of images from my individual session
$100 voucher to use toward a DUO session (BFF photoshoot)
$375 voucher redeemable for my own app of images from my DUO session
10% off my portrait order
$50 cash for each friend I refer - (10 friends = $500) that books a session
Gift voucher for $200 toward Family Session

I agree to meet the obligations I am committing to, by serving as a senior rep/influencer my job is to let my friends and classmates know all about Behind the Lens, by sharing images on social media, liking and commenting on images on Behind the Lens social media and word of mouth. I further agree that I will not represent any other photography studio or photographer (both amateur and professional) upon acceptance until end of my senior year. (this excludes photographers hired for school events/sports/clubs)

Behind the Lens may use the portraits created of me for promotion, advertising, magazine publication, competitions, and display purposes. I understand the images will be selected as needed by Behind the Lens.

I also agree to the Copyright laws, that I may not copy, print, or edit images created by Behind the Lens without permission. This includes removing watermarks and adding filters, etc. Furthermore, If I breach contract I may be invoiced for session fees and images that I received and did not pay for.

This committment/contract goes in effect after discussing with parent and senior in more detail and individual session is scheduled and retainer paid.

The Bottom Line..

If this offer is agreeable to you and you wish to participate in the Senior Rep Team, please sign below. A Parent or Guardian's signature is required for all parties under the age of 18. Once selected, a non-refundable deposit of $125 will be due immediately to secure your final senior session date, to which you will have priority placement. A final payment of $125 will be due fourteen days prior to the final session date. This is a total of $250.
