I agree to wear a hard hat and hard soled shoes or boots at all times while mounted and/or agree that any minor children in my company or groom in my employ shall wear a hard hat and hard soled shoes at all times they are with or near horses.
I understand that horses can be dangerous and can cause injury, permanent disability or death. I voluntarily assume those risks and dangers for myself and for my child(ren) or ward(s). I understand that I am responsible for bodily injury or property damage which I or my child(ren) or ward(s) should sustain while around or working with horses, and that any time lost from employment or school or other activities and for all medical expenses from injury.
I hereby, for myself, my heirs, my legal wards, all my family members and administrator, release all trainers, employees, and owners of Hickory Knoll Farm and Frostwood Farm LLC. and all their families from all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action for injuries or property damage sustained to my person and to my child(ren) or ward(s)
All signatories also acknowledge and accept Wisconsin Statue. section 895-481 (1) (E) limiting the liabilityof Hickory Knoll Farm and Frostwood Farm. LLC., its owners, employees and volunteer workers for any loss, injury or death that may occur on the Farm(s) from arrival to departure.
