• Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

     


    We truly appreciate your business and value the time reserved specifically for you. In order to best serve all clients, please review the following policies carefully.

     
    Please aim to arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled time, it may not be possible to extend your service. If your service is shortened due to late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a missed appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.

     
    A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

     
    Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

     
    Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours notice may transfer the deposit one time only. The new appointment must be secured within five (5) calendar days of the original cancellation. If a new appointment is not secured within that timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.

     
    If a rescheduled appointment is canceled a second time for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.

     
    Please ensure all intake forms are completed and returned at least three hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may reduce your service time.

     
    If you or someone in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please notify us as soon as possible. In this case, we are happy to reschedule without penalty for the safety of all clients.
