    • Vendor fee is $25.00 and is non-refundable.
    • Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, etc. 
    • There will not be running water or electricity.
    • The event is from 12:00-3:00. Vendor setup is at 10:00. 
    • This is a carry in/carry out facility so please be prepared to take your trash.

  • Consent to Photograph /Videotape / Interview Individuals Please read, date and provide your signature on the next pages Terms & Conditions I hereby agree and give my permission for New England Humane Society and/or partners to record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the New England Humane Society website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the New England Humane Society’s control. I agree that I will not hold the New England Humane Society responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

    I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and HOLD HARMLESS NEHS/HHD and its representatives, officers, servants, agents, employees and other Elected officials (“RELEASEES”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me while participating in the Howl-O-Ween Dog Walk 2022.
