HONfest will do their best to honor all location requests.

All HONfest craft vendors must be approved by HONfest staff.

Any vendor not approved will receive a full refund.

Please Read and Sign

1. Before the festival all vendors will receive their space assignments & parking information by email.
2. No music may be played on Sunday until Noon.
3. Festival management reserves the right to relocate any exhibitor at any time.
4. Event held RAIN OR SHINE. No rain date.
5. No refunds will be issued.
6. No vehicles allowed on festival grounds, except those Food Vendors who have paid for space. Loading zones will be available for all vendors.
7. ALL VENDORS must submit a Certificate of Liability (Accord Form 25) with application.
   FOOD VENDORS must also have a Baltimore City-issued Health Permit.
8. Vendors are required to take appropriate measures to prevent damage to streets, sidewalks and other public and private property within HONfest, which may result from their activities as part of HONfest, including using protective covering on the streets and sidewalks as necessary, if food products are cooked in or produce grease.
9. Vendors must follow all requirements set forth by the Baltimore City Fire Marshall. This includes, but is not limited to having tent & canopy materials comply with fire retardant standards, and having a properly labeled and working fire extinguisher. FOOD VENDORS using grease or fryers must have a Class K Fire Extinguisher.
10. Vendors will be liable for any damage caused by their activity, including all costs of cleaning grease or other products, and any or all repairs to sidewalks, streets and other property. Property damage by a vendor will result in the exclusion of the vendor from subsequent festivals.
11. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Maryland State Sales Tax (Currently 6%). A list of all vendors will be provided to the Maryland Comptroller’s office prior to the festival.
12. Vendors will comply with the following times:

Saturday: Set-up - 7am / Opening - 11am / Closing - 8pm (900 Block-10pm)

Sunday: Set-up time - 8am / Opening - 12Noon / Closing - 6pm

NO street access after 9am Saturday

1. Prohibited items include but are not limited to the following:
   • All items sold or displayed at HONfest must be legal and remain in accordance with the family-oriented nature of the event.
   • Counterfeit designer clothing or handbags, weapons of any kind, or any items which infringe on intellectual property.
   • Vendors promoting political, religious and hot topic issues.
   • All sales of alcoholic beverages by any vendor.
   • Explosive devices or any products sold in aerosol spray cans (e.g. silly string and spray paints).

HONFEST, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
REMOVE ANY EXHIBITOR OR INVENTORY THAT HAS NOT COMPLIED.
