Have been advised that Edward Bowden is a law student extern working for the Douglas County Trial Office of the Colorado State Public Defender's Office, persuant to the Colorado Student Practice Rule, C.R.C.P. 205.7(2), and C.R.S. 1973, Section 13-93-103.
I am aware that although Edward Bowden is a law student and not a licensed lawyer, Edward Bowden has been authorized by the Colorado Supreme Court to appear and participate in my case in the same way a licensed lawyer would be able to appear and represent me.
