This booking form is for Chicago appointments only and you must be 18+

Most flash is non-repeatable so feel free to include multiple flash options. I can make modifications to current flash or redesign claimed flash. Significant redesigns will be priced as a custom piece.

I accept a limited amount of custom projects each booking round if I feel that I'm the right artist for your idea. Please be as thorough as possible with your description of the design and include reference photos when possible. DO NOT ask me to tattoo someone else's work without their permission.

My availability is currently Wednesdays, Fridays, and some alternating Saturdays and Sundays from 11am - 5pm. Please know that my weekend and evening timeslots are more limited so I will be less likely to book you for those times.
