Thank you for your interest in booking with me! Just to clarify, I only do handpoked tattoos and work out of Magpie Ink Studio in Bucktown. Our studio does not allow clients to bring guests unless you are specifically booking an appointment for multiple people to get tattooed.

This booking form is only for Chicago appointments and you must be 18+, no exceptions!

After submitting this form I will review your info and get back to you via email in a few days about scheduling an appointment if I am able, so please be sure you have entered your email correctly! If you do not receive a response it means I was unfortunately unable to book you this month.

Most flash will be non-repeatable so please include a few flash pieces you're interested in booking. Some designs I may be open to redesigning if they have already been claimed and I'm also able to make some modifications to existing flash. Significant redesigns will be priced as a custom piece.

I'm open to taking on some custom designs each booking round, as long as it fits my style and I feel that I'm a good fit for your idea. Please be as thorough as possible with your description of the design and include reference photos when possible. DO NOT ask me to tattoo someone else's work.

My availability is currently Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and some alternating Saturdays and Sundays from 11am - 5pm. Please know that my weekend and evening timeslots are more limited so I will be less likely to book you for those times.
