    Thank you for your interest in booking with me! Just to clarify, I only do handpoked tattoos and work out of Magpie Ink Studio in Bucktown. Our studio does not allow clients to bring guests unless you are specifically booking an appointment for multiple people to get tattooed.

    This booking form is only for Chicago appointments and you must be 18+, no exceptions!

    After submitting this form I will review your info and get back to you via email in a few days about scheduling an appointment if I am able, so please be sure you have entered your email correctly! If you do not receive a response it means I was unfortunately unable to book you this month.

    My availability for September and October is Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and some weekends. If your availability is only weekends or after 5pm I will not have many appointment options for you. This month I will have very limited weekend availability!
