By renting this bike, I acknowledge to abide by the Altantic City Bike Ordinance 92-24 for bike riding on the boardwalk. This reads as follows:

Between May 15th and September 15th, bicycles shall shall only be permitted from 6:00 a.m to 12:00 noon daily, except for between Connecticut Avenue to Gardner's Basin, twenty-four-hour riding is permitted.
