Black Girls Craft 2022 Conference and Expo

Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2022 Black Girls Craft Conference and Expo! Space is limited so please make sure to fill all questions out to the best of your ability.

To secure your booth, vendors must pay half or the full vendor fee upon submission of this form. If you chose to pay half, the remaining amount must be paid on or before August 10th.

All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Important Event Information

Vendor move-in and set-up will start promptly at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 28, 2022, and close at 7:00 PM. Vendors will have access to the exhibit hall at 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday, October 30, 2022 prior to the expo floor opening.

Vendors are responsible for the setup and tear down of booths.
