Director:
The Director is the head of the committee for the duration of the conference and is in charge of writing backgrounders, developing committee topics, and making sure that the flow of debate is smooth and continuous. Reviewing position papers, giving feedback to delegates, and editing working papers at the end of the conference are all common roles of a Director. Throughout the conference, the Director is expected to communicate with the Secretariat, Chair(s), and delegates in a professional manner and should be prepared to put in a high level of commitment.
Chair:
During the conference, the Chair is responsible for chairing the debate and ensuring that proper Rules Of Procedure are being followed. They are in charge of processing directives, running ChairMUN, and encouraging all delegates to participate in the debate.
Assistant Director:
The Assistant Director is mainly responsible for completing tasks required by the Director and the Chair. This means managing committee logistics, taking notes on the debate, passing notes between delegates, and answering delegate questions.
