All NEW referees need to complete this membership enrollment form, which will be submitted to the CASRA president by clicking the "Submit Application" button below.

The mission of CASRA is to recruit, coach, and retrain soccer referees through mentoring and on-site training. To encourage referees to register as USSoccer Referees and earn a badge (as well as to offset some of the initial costs for the first year referees), CASRA has waived the initial annual membership fee of $20. This is valid only for first time USSoccer registered referees during the first calendar year of earning a USSoccer referee badge. Subsequent years the CASRA membership fees will be $20 or as determined by the CASRA board.

CASRA membership fees of $20 are due not later than Jan 1st, the first January after your enrollment.
