SCR End of Night Check List
We must have your Initialed Check List - completed - at the end of the event. You can leave the Printed Version (left on the Fridge for you) in the kitchen at the end of the night or Submit this Digital Version.

Clean Supplies: If needed cleaning supplies is in the utility closet located in the main bathroom hallway. Cleaning supplies are also in the kitchen on the right side cabinet door of the Buffett and under the sink.

CEREMONY AREA
Ensure ceremony area is free of debris/decor/trash with the exception of real flower petals (real flower petals are fine to be left).
SCR DECOR
Place all SCR decor on one table near the white double doors (left side of barn).
We will collect and re-shelve.
All SCR tables, chairs, and large decor
(e.g., shabby chic tables) should be inside the barn after the event. Do not leave any SCR tables or chairs outside overnight.
Farm Tables
should be returned to Mirror Wall
FOOD & KITCHEN
The kitchen should be left in the condition it was found.
Caterers are responsible for cleaning all the spaces they use including the setup area and kitchen for any prep.
If you/your team are using the kitchen the same applies.
The interior of the fridge should be cleaned of any floral debris or food/cake.
FLORAL & DECOR DEBRIS
Remove any debris from the kitchen/barn/outside from decor prepping.
IF YOU/YOUR TEAM are using the kitchen area for prep -- then you are responsible for making sure all debris is picked up (leaves, stems on the ground, tables, and in the fridge).
FLORISTS - professionals and friends are responsible for picking up all floral debris. Please reiterate to avoid fees.
TRASH
The caterer should move all catering trash to the dumpster (near decor container).
The bartender(s) should remove all their trash to the dumpster.
All other trash should be in trash cans (in their respective rooms, i.e., trash can in the bridal, trash can in the kitchen, trash can’s in the main barn, etc.)
If you need to move the trash to the dumpster do so ** VIA the trash cans** (don’t drag bare bags across the floor to avoid leaking).
BAR
The bartender should leave the bar in a clean condition after use.
The Coca-Cola cooler should be left outside to drain if filled with ice.
All coolers, old wash bins, etc, should be drained - do not leave containers of water/ice in the barn.
BRIDAL ROOM *and* BRIDAL LOFT
Turn the A/C unit OFF when not in use and OFF when the event is over.
Return Furniture to its original location.
All trash in trash cans.
TAKE ALL HANGERS.
Lock doors (glass patio door for Loft, back door for bridal suite)
BACK PORCH
Return all tables/chairs to the original location (ie the white glass table, black glass table)
MAIN BARN
Return SCR farm tables to the mirror wall.
All trash in trash cans including floral or decor debris.
MAIN BARN -- HEATING
Thermostat: Slide left to OFF
MAIN BARN -- COOLING SYSTEM
Controls (2) are on the wall with the white doors and bar.
Click “Mode” again to turn it off --- Turn off the unit when leaving the premises (wait until you hear them turn off to confirm before you leave).
LIGHTS
Behind the small wooden door with the glass door handle on the back wall are the light switches to control the chandeliers and other lights.
And turn off the bridal room, bathroom, and kitchen lights when leaving / not in use.
Turn off all chandeliers and string lights inside the barn when leaving / not in use.
But, do not flip the breaker as this kills power to other items (e.g. fridges, and we keep our work lunch in there).
DOORS
Close all doors (bathroom/kitchen) and windows before leaving the Barn.
LOCK THE FRONT GATE
Two-Day Rentals:
If your guests plan on picking up their cars the following morning please let guests know when you/your representative will be at SCR otherwise the gate will be locked and not accessible for guests.
