Quadball Australia is always looking for more volunteers to help with a variety of areas. 

The Board has created the following committees as areas of importance, with the view to create new committees as needed;

• Diversity, Inclusivity and Community Engagement (DICE)
• Gameplay
• Events
• Recruitment and Retention
• Media and Communications
• Fundraising
• Governance and Policy
• Elite

For Quadball Australia to be able to continue and grow and improve, we need the help of dedicated volunteers. We are looking for a range of coordinators, who manage a committee, and junior volunteers who work with the coordinator to achieve the goals of the committee.

We understand that while many people want to volunteer and help, it can be quite daunting, especially if it is your first time. We want to make clear that the amount and type of work you do as part of a committee is determined by YOU. Tasks will be assigned to volunteers based on how much time they have available, and how confidant they are to complete said tasks. Should you ever feel you are being assigned too many tasks, or tasks you are unable to complete, please ensure you reach out to the committee co-ordinator, the relevant director, or to the grievance director. We want to put the wellness and happiness of our volunteers first.
