Financial Aid
Financial aid is awarded based on financial need and available to all students. Recipients of financial need are required to volunteer to reduce the amount of tuition assessed.
Each volunteer hour is worth the equivalent of $25/hour. Financial aid recipients are eligible to volunteer up to eight hours per month to reduce the following month's tuition up to $200/month. Please see the following scenarios as examples of how volunteer hours are applied to tuition.
Scenario I
Parent A has a student in the 4th grade with monthly tuition of $650 per month. Parent A volunteers eight hours during the month of July 2022 for the equivalent of $200 (8 hours X $25/hr). August 2022 tuition is reduced by $200 to $450.
Scenario II
Parent A has a student in the 4th grade with monthly tuition of $650 per month. Parent A volunteers three hours during the month of August 2022 for the equivalent of $75 (3 hours X $25/hr). September 2022 tuition is reduced by $75 to $575.
Volunteer hours must be completed by the 28th of each month in order to properly apply the volunteer discount to the following month's tuition.
