Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is always looking at ways to retain employees. This electronic form is a way to gather important information so we can better align strategies whether office specific or company-wide to improve our company culture, communication, etc. In addition, this allows for you to build a connection with your team to better allow for openness, trust, increase engagement and therefore performance.
This form is a guide to office managers/department managers to complete. This should be used for individuals that are:
- High performers
- High potentials
- Long tenure employees
- Employees that are high risk in leaving
- Recent New Hires
This shouldn't be completed for all employees and best practice is it is conducted by:
- direct manager
- scheduled for 1 hour
- ensure you are limiting any distraction during this time (pick a space that will allow for you to focus on the conversation)
- done once to twice a year
Stay interview will be based on 5 different categories:
1. Questions about the employee
2. The job
3. The company culture
4. The work environment
5. Tools/Resources
Please inform the employee that the feedback received here will be reviewed and if any action needs to be taken will be followed up in 30 days (if not sooner- depending on concern).
