Summer Camp Activity Waiver Form

Welcome to 2022 Water Sports Summer Camp

Our camp this year will include many water activities such as wing foiling, e-foiling and kiting !

This all skills camp is for beginners through intermediate levels, our campers will learn the sport of foling in several modalities !

Summer Camp is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Campers must be ages 7 – 15 yrs old

EfoilUSA will provide skilled and knowledgeable counselors and ensure a 4:1 ratio of campers to counselors with a maximum of 8 kids per weekly session.

Safety Gear included: helmet and lifejacket. Riders welcome to bring their personal if they own one.

All participants must know how to swim.

Campers are taught everything from basic fundamentals to advanced tricks (depending on ones own progression)

We will meet daily at our school dock at 9:00 am for briefing .

Campers will meet their counselors and head out on the coach boat for the dailiy water acitivity .

Agreement Details I, as evidenced by my signature below, acknowledge that participating in the instruction & operation of liftfoils is a potentially hazardous activity. There are inherent risks in the activity, including severe injury and/or death. I understand that even though E-Foils USA (hereafter called the “Operator”), has taken all reasonable precautions to provide a seaworthy liftfoil including any related equipment, and a well-trained and experienced instructor, and has made preparations for my safety as a Passenger/Rider, it is impossible for the Operator, or its Contractors, to guarantee my safety prior to, during, or following such instruction & operation of said liftfoils. Therefore, I hereby release and waive my rights to make a claim for injuries or damages against the Operator, and its assignees, heirs, agents, employees and Contractors including, but not limited to, E-Foils USA, arising from my participation in the instruction & operation of liftfoils and related activities provided by the Operator, or any contractors of the Operator.
