Gordon Hoffman Charity Golf Tournament Volunteer Sign Up Form
Planning is in full swing for the Gordon Hoffman Charity Golf Classic taking place on Thursday, August 25th at Priddis Greens Golf & Country Club.

We are looking for volunteers to assist us with preparations before the tournament, on the day of the tournament and post-tournament.

Volunteer Opportunities
Prior to the Tournament

Prior to the tournament, we need people during July and August to assist with tasks such as:
- silent auction preparations
- picking up donations from businesses
These volunteer activites take place mainly weekdays during regular business hours. There may be some opportunities for virtual volunteering for some tasks.

Tournament Day

On tournament day, we need people who are able to assist with a wide variety of tasks. Most or all of the volunteer positions will involve being outdoors on the golf course. Food will be provided. Tasks include activities such as:
- checking in registered golfers
- monitoring the activity out on the golf course
- cooking or serving food or beverages
- taking photos
- assisting with auction set-up and take-down
- setting up or taking down signage.
After the Tournament

We may need some people to deliver auction items to winners if they were not able to take them home with them at the tournament.
