The Summer Sounds concert series will be included for the first time on the 2023 Partnership Agreement for the event sponsor level. Summer Sounds has a social media following of almost 6,000 on it's own Facebook page and each event is attended by thousands. This sponsorship will have a logo on all marketing material (both online and in person posters), a logo on the side of the stage banner, and several announcements during the concert series each night.

This annual event is held during the first quarter of the year and provides dinner and networking for guests while recognizing outstanding Chamber Members for their impact on the community. Awards given include New Business of the Year, Member of the Year, Ambassador of the Year, the Chairman's Award and the Legacy Award. The Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023. This will be our 101st Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet! We hope you can be in attendance to help us celebrate.

Leadership Gainesville is a nine-month training experience for 15 community leaders who represent all aspects of the community: business/volunteer, profit/non-profit, male/female, management/labor etc. The participants learn about our local education system, health, government, agriculture, economic development, manufacturing, and human services. Through each session, the class gets to network across Gainesville in order to bring people together for positive accomplishments, develop leadership skills and cultivate volunteer service in the community. This sponsorship will apply to the 2022 - 2023 Leadership Gainesville Class. This program will begin Thursday, September 15, 2022 and each class will take place on the second Wednesday of each month until May 10, 2023.

Each year from March to December we host a free to the public Movie Night at the Gainesville Farmers Market on the second Saturday in each month (with the exception of October because of Depot Day and sometimes December because of holiday schedules). Attendees bring their own lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy a movie under the stars with their friends and family. Your sponsorship covers the cost of the rights to show the movie and expenses of the event while we do all the hard work of making the event happen! As the sole sponsor of your Movie Night, you are welcome to set up a booth to give out information or goodies to attendees and further market your business. You select which month and what movie your business would like to show. All Movie Nights are first come, first serve.

This Golf Tournament is one of the largest in the area and it serves as a fundraiser for the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce. The casual atmosphere provides for a great networking event with many other Chamber Members coming together for a relaxing day on the course. This event will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 at the Gainesville Municipal Golf Course.

The annual Depot Day festival is held on the second Saturday in October, which will be Saturday, October 14, 2023. It is one of Gainesville’s signature events and Depot Day welcomes both local and out of town festival goers to our Historic Downtown. The festival begins at 10 AM and features a Kids Zone, Arts & Crafts vendors, an Auto Show with over 200 vehicles, and Entertainment. This event will finish up at 4 PM and transition into Depot Day AFTER DARK! Depot Day AFTER DARK is a continuation of our live entertainment. From 6 PM - 9 PM we will have entertainers perform at the Gainesville Farmers Market. This free event to the public is one of the great aspects of our community for citizens of the Gainesville Area and visitors alike. Scare on the Square is a trick-or-treating event that takes place around Halloween each year in Downtown Gainesville. The Downtown businesses hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. Other businesses are able to set up a booth and hand out candy and goodies at the Farmers Market. We will have music, food trucks, and fun all in one event! This is a free event open to the public.
