40 artists, competing for awards, have been invited to paint and draw en plein-air (in the open air; outdoors) at locations throughout the City of Northville and Historic Downtown in the City of Northville: Plein-Air Paint Out from July 22-24. Work to be exhibited at the Northville Art House, 215 W. Cady St, from July 30 - August 20.

Homeowners who register their City of Northville home address will have the opportunity to have an artist capture its beauty.

Please fill out your contact and address information below to grant permission for artists to paint your property. In the space provided, you may also suggest to an artist different viewpoints to paint your home i.e. capture the home and/or gardens on the east side.

1. Homes will be promoted as locations for artists to create their work during the weekend of Friday - Sunday, July 22 - 24 between the hours of 6 am - 10 pm. Artists must work on city sidewalks and public right-of-way in front of property

2. Homes are not assigned and the artist are given the choice of painting at any permittable location within the City of Northville limits. Therefore, although you have registered your home, your home may not be selected by an artist. 

3. Homeowners will have the first opportunity to purchase any art of their property before the sale is open to the public. Images of the artwork will be emailed to the homeowner. A private viewing of the artwork at the Northville Art House is available by appointment Thursday, July 28, 10 am - 5 pm and Friday, July 29, 11 am - 3 pm.
