Food Truck Event Fees paid to the Dumas Downtown Association are non-refundable.
We have electricity available at some events, but cannot fully guarantee it - please have a generator just in case!
Food trucks participating in events hosted by the Dumas Downtown Association will need to be ready for a health inspection at the start of the event if they do not have a regular yearly health permit with the City of Dumas.
You will not be required to purchase a health permit for these events, but you must pass a health inspection before you can begin serving food at the event.
Food trucks may begin setting up two hours before the start of the event, and must be ready for the health inspection at the start of the event. If you are late to set up or are not ready for your health inspection at the start of the event, you will be charged a late fee of $35, or asked to leave.
