  • Booking Terms & Conditions


    1. Reservation & Retainer Fee
    A retainer fee of 10 BHD is required to confirm and secure your booking. This retainer is non-refundable and serves as a booking fee, except as outlined in the Cancellation policy below. It will be deducted from the total balance due.

    2. Rescheduling & Postponement
    We will make every effort to accommodate a rescheduled or postponed event on your newly requested date, subject to our availability. If the requested date is unavailable, the retainer fee will be forfeited.

    3. Cancellation
    If you must cancel, please notify us at least five (5) days prior to the event date. In this case, while the retainer fee is normally non-refundable, we may offer a partial or full refund only if we are able to re-book your original date. Cancellations with less than five days' notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire retainer fee.

    4. Extended Time
    Time extensions are available at a rate of 30 BHD per hour. Requests for an extension must be made to the operator at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the event. Additional time is subject to operator availability and confirmation.

    5. Printing Cut-Off
    All printing services will cease promptly at the end of the booked time. Printing will only resume once an extension of time has been formally requested and confirmed as per Section 4.

    6. Transportation Expenses
    Events taking place in the following areas will incur an additional transportation charge of 5 BHD:
    Durrat al Bahrain, Sakhir, Zallaq, Jau, and Al Areen.

    7. Online Photo Gallery
    A private online gallery of your photos will be provided after full payment is confirmed. This gallery will be accessible for five (5) months, after which it will be archived and deleted. Anyone with the gallery link will have access to view all images.

    8. On-Site Image Delivery
    On-site delivery of digital images via email or QR code scan is available, provided a stable internet connection is accessible at the event venue. We recommend confirming connectivity in advance if you wish to use this service.

    9. Payment
    The remaining balance (total fee minus the retainer) is due in full on or before the day of the event. We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or cheque. Services will not be rendered until full payment is received.
