  • Please check the PIE calendar before requesting boats or housing to ensure there is availability.

Approved housing and boat reservations will appear on the PIE calendar.

New boat users must schedule boat training with Sam Kelsey before being approved for boat use.

Remember all visitors must provide their own sheets, linens and towels.

    Please contact piefacilities@mbl.edu with questions.

  • IMPORTANT! Please submit a new request if you need to add new people to an old request. If you need to cancel a request, please e-mail us.

Add as many people who need housing for your project. Arrival and departure dates don't need to be identical for the entire group. You can add more people using the "+ Add another person" button at the bottom. Each person must complete the PIE Registration form for the current year prior to being assigned housing.

Gender is used only to assign roommates. If a member of your group is non-binary or gender non-conforming and would like to request specific housing arrangements or for any other questions, please contact piefacilities@mbl.edu
