  • Please see individual event listing for family friendliness. If it is not a family friendly event, every individual attending must be 21+ 

    A form must submitted for each individual signing up to attend. 

    Club Guidelines must be adhered to at all CCRVA hosted events.

     

    All events are 100% crowdfunded, and pricing/intended plans are based on a minimum attendance. If the minimum is not met, the event may be canceled, rescheduled, or have budgeting cuts made by the hosts. Canceled events will always be fully refunded.

      All event fees cover entry for one person unless otherwise noted. These fees are to create community crowdfunded events. Should an events' necesarry minumums not be met, it may be canceled or downgraded. In the event of cancelation, refunds or transfers will be processed as soon as possible!

      Some CCRVA Events are DRY. 

      Absolutely *NO* alcohol usage will be tolerated at these events.

      Ignoring this rule will have you removed from the event immediately without refund, and may be cause for ban from future events.

       All guests MUST be 21+ to participate unless a family friendly event. No add-ons will be given to anyone under 21. 

      Please read event descriptions for what type of event you are RSVPing for.

       All payments are final after 24 hours of registering. 

      A good attitude and acceptable behavior is expected of all guests, anyone causing a disturbance will be asked to leave, and risks a ban from future events.
