Camp Schedule:
- 8:15 AM - Check in at Turf Game Field (1817 Smithland Ave. La Junta, CO 81050)
- 8:45 AM - Welcoming
- 8:50 AM - 9:50 AM - Training Session with College Coaches
- 10:00 AM - 11:50 AM - Small Sided Tournament
- 12:00 PM - 12:50 PM - Lunch (Lunch is not provided by Otero College, but you may bring a snack and lunch or leave camp to get food.)
- 12:50 PM - Walk to Ed Stafford Theater, Humanities Center
- 1:00 PM - Principles of Success & Recruiting Seminar with Coach Garcia & Zemach (Parents welcome)
- 1:30 PM - College Coaches Talk
- 2:00 PM - Head back to soccer field
- 2:15 PM - 6:00 PM - 11v11 Matches
- 6:00 PM - Camp Ends

In consideration of participating in the Otero College Soccer Camp, the undersigned achknowledges and agrees that:
1. I knowingly and freely assume all responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage or personal injury that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of my participation in the Otero College Soccer Camp.
2. I further agree to release and hold harmless Otero College from all claims and liabilities of any type whatsoever and for damages to, loss or destruction of any property or injury, sickness or death, which may result from my participation in the Soccer Camp.
3. I willingly agree to comply with Otero College rules and regulations.
4. I acknowledge that I am in good physical condition and do not know of any condition or reason that I should not participate in physical activities.
5. In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I read the foregoing Wavier of Liability Form, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed. If participant is under 18, parent or guardian must sign.
