Concierge Rates: 20% Coordination fee for all requests on any services we don't handle in house. Please inquire about individual pricing for each service you're interested in. If no services are booked by through our service, a $60/hour assistant fee applies to cover our time in finding out details for you.

Cancellation Policy

Any service canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled time may incur up to 100% cancellation fee, depending on the vendor’s terms.

If vendors decline other business to fulfill your request, additional vendor-imposed penalties may apply.
