Concierge Services
A 20% coordination fee applies to third-party services that we arrange or coordinate on your behalf. Any applicable vendor charges are separate.

Restaurant Reservations
Restaurant research, recommendations, and reservation assistance are billed at $85/hour, in 15-minute increments.

Grocery Shopping & Delivery
Grocery shopping and delivery is $50 + 25% of the grocery bill. Gratuity is optional.

Cancellation Policy
Services canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled date or time may be subject to cancellation charges of up to 100%, depending on the service and the third-party vendor’s cancellation policy.
