Concierge Rates: 20% Coordination fee for all requests on any services we don't handle in house (i.e. 3rd party vendors). Please inquire about individual pricing for each service you're interested in. If no services are booked by through our service, a $60/hour assistant fee applies to cover our time in finding out details for you.

Grocery shopping & delivery rates: $50 + 25% of the grocery bill, plus gratuity, if desired. Additional fee may apply to deliveries outside of the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe area to help cover travel time for our delivery team.

Cancellation Policy

Any service canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled time may incur up to 100% cancellation fee, depending on the vendor’s terms.
