SalonBiz Client Opt In Agreement

Do you agree to the following?* This field is required.The undersigned company (“Salon”) acknowledges that it has received, read, and understands the SalonBiz TCPA Memo. Salon understands that SalonBiz, Inc. (“SalonBiz”) services may be used by Salon to send automated text messages to its members and prospective members and such text messages may be governed by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and its implementing rules, as may be amended from time to time (“TCPA”). Salon represents that it has obtained prior express written consent, as required by the TCPA, prior to Salon using the SalonBiz platform to contact its clients and prospective clients via automated text message technology. Salon acknowledges and agrees that sending automated text messages without obtaining appropriate consent as required by law could result in claims against the sender and significant financial liability. Salon hereby releases, indemnified, and promises to hold harmless SalonBiz from any liability to Salon or any third party related to text messages sent by Salon using the SalonBiz platform, unless arising out of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of SalonBiz.
