Please read our policies before scheduling and appointment.
TARDINESS
10 min or more late will be canceled and card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please take traffic, parking, and possibilities into consideration.
RESCHEDULES
Any reschedule must be done 48 hrs in advanced. The card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment if you do not cancel 48 hours in advanced. Deposit is required in order to schedule a new date.
SICKNESS
Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious condition, or if you've been in contact with someone who's been tested positive for COVID-19. If it is within a 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW
If you cancel your appointment without a 48hr notice or don't show up, the card on file will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service. You will have to pay a deposit in order to schedule a new appointment.
PAYMENT
Only Cash and Zelle payments accepted. A card on file is required at the time of scheduling but won’t be charged. Final payment will be taken in the form of Zelle or Cash only. No other form of payment will be accepted. If you're paying with cash, please bring the exact amount.
