Thanks for your interest in being a food vendor at Don River Dash 2025!
We’re looking for a great mix of quality food options and vendors who bring a positive attitude. Last year, we had around 800 people camping at the showgrounds, including competitors and crews, and a further two to three thousand visitors at our Friday night community event. Our spectator areas on Saturday and Sunday are also popular with the crowds. While we can’t guarantee numbers or queue lengths, a unique, well-thought-out menu will set you up for success.
A few key things for 2025:
✅ Friday Night Rush – Expect large crowds at the community event. Quick-serve items (pre-cooked, pre-packed) will help keep things moving.
✅ Minimal Waste – Compact, bin-friendly packaging will be appreciated to manage rubbish.
✅ Local Produce – Where practical, use locally sourced ingredients (tomatoes, corn, capsicum, seafood etc.) to support sustainability.
The cost for a food stall at the 2025 Don River Dash is $350+ GST(two trucks - $500 + GST), covering all three days of the event. Spots are limited - if selected, payment must be made at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your place. Failure to pay on time will result in your spot being reallocated to another vendor.
