BOOKING GUARANTEE

FULL PAYMENT must be settled on or before the following day of booking at 12NN. Failure to comply means automatic cancellation of the booking. (Note: If the credit card holder will not be part of the guest list, the reserved accommodation is required to be paid onsite by cash or credit card by the staying guest. The charges made during reservation will be charged back to the absent credit card holder.)

GENERAL REMINDERS:

• The resort is built downwards and may have areas with steep slopes. As such, it may not be suitable for those with babies, toddlers, or seniors.
• The New Villa is located at the top most part of the house and is farthest from the beach. You will have to climb up and down about 7 flights of stairs to reach the beach front and eating area. The steps are gradual, but because of this we do not recommend children and adults to stay there. 
• Please be advised that due to the location of the resort, Wi-Fi or internet connection strength is dependent on the resort’s broadband provider.
• Parking at the resort is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Valet service is available for parking in another secured area.
• Please be advised that in consideration to the other guests, pets are not allowed at the resort.
•  Please be advised that bringing of personal speaker is not allowed in any area of the house.
• Playing of music in any common area is prohibited in respect to other guests.
• Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside all suites and villas. A corresponding penalty charge of P25,000 shall be imposed to violators. Kindly approach our staff to ask for the designated smoking area.
• Please be advised that photo and/or video shoots for commercial use/purposes is prohibited. Kindly get in touch with our reservations team should you wish to make special arrangements for this.
• Please take care of your valuables at all times. The resort shall not be liable for any loss or damage of your personal belongings. 
• Please be advised that the use of drones is strictly prohibited in respect to the privacy of other guests.

AMENITIES

Rate is inclusive of dinner, breakfast, and lunch, a welcome drink, complimentary bottled water and free use of Swimming Pool, Snorkeling gear, Life Vest and Kayak.

CANCELLATION / REBOOKING / NO-SHOW

Cancellations made within 0 to 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.
Cancellations made 8 or more days before the arrival date: You will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of PHP 3,500 per night/room.

Special (Promotional/Holiday) Rates: Bookings made under special rates (including Holiday rates) or discounted promotional rates are non-cancellable and non-rebookable.

In case of NO SHOW, the total payment made will be forfeited.

For RE-BOOKING, In the event that a booking needs to be amended or postponed, this will only be allowed if advised 14 days prior to arrival date and shall be subject to rebooking fee of P1,500.00 and may be moved within six (6) months subject to room availability and applicable rate differences. Re-booking by reason of force majeure may be done within six months without re-booking fee.

IMPORTANT: Request for refund for credit card payments will be processed with the bank but we cannot refund in cash due to bank charges.

Child and Extra Person Policy:
Children ages 7y/o and below are free of charge. (Meals not included)
Children 8y/o to 12y/o is Php3200/head/night (Kiddie meal)
13 y/o and above are considered as adults. Rate is Php5600/head/night (Full board meals)

Long Weekend and Holidays Child and Extra Person Policy:
Children ages 7y/o and below are free of charge. (Meals not included)
Children 8y/o to 12y/o is Php4000/head/night (Kiddie meal)
13 y/o and above are considered as adults. Rate is Php7000/head/night (Full board meals)
