Welcome To Our Ethnic Food Stories Project

You are invited to share the stories behind the foods and recipes that are meaningful to you.

You are invited to take part in a study conducted by Kingston University London on ethnic food and feelings of belonging within diverse communities. We invite you to tell us a bit about your own background and a story about a food item or dish that has significance to you or your community. With the data we collect, we aim to create digital recipe cards available for free to the public that will connect community members to local food businesses at the heart of their communities. To find out more about the project, as well as follow community stories and recipes, visit our website https://ethnicfoodshopproject.uk/ and our Instagram feed @theethnicfoodshop.
