  • Credit Card Authorization

    A credit card is required for your wholesale purchases and the credit card will maintain on file for future orders. Please call our corporate office directly to give that card number over the phone: 800-932-9873.

    Rescinded credit card payments will incur an additional $35.00 charge for administration fees plus any collection fees. 

  • Policies / Terms & Conditions

  • HydroPeptide allows licensed estheticians, certified dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other licensed professionals to offer HydroPeptide skin care products.

  • Opening an Account

  • A reseller must complete and submit the following:

    • Completed Retailer Application
    • Signed HydroPeptide Policies / Terms & Conditions
    • Resale certificate
    • Esthetics/Professional license Surrey
    • Terms Application (only if applicable)
  • Business hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM PST and observes the following holidays (with discretion to observe other holidays):

    • New Year's Day
    • MLK Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Juneteenth
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day (and day following Thanksgiving)
    • Christmas Day
  • Minimum Opening Order & Order Quantities

  • Contact your Account Executive for minimum opening order requirements.

    • $500 Minimum Reorder
    • Retail products are pre-packed and sold in units of 3.
    • Professional products are sold individually.
    • Annual sales must equal $2500 to remain an active wholesale account.
  • Placing Orders

  • Orders may be placed via phone, online order submission (https://hydropeptide.com/wholesaleorderform) or emailed to your HydroPeptide Account Executive/Sales Specialist. HydroPeptide will generally process orders within 24  hours.

  • Backorders

  • Where inventory is not immediately available, HydroPeptide will use its best efforts to procure and ship product within a reasonable time frame. We strive and work hard to maintain adequate inventory, but occasionally demand exceeds our supply. If upon receipt of any purchase order, backordered items will be removed from the invoice. Your backorder will ship as soon as the items are available.

  • Accounts on Terms

  • An account wishing to be extended terms must complete an Application For Terms providing 3 trade reference checks.  Approval and credit limits will be set upon completion of the trade reference checks completed by HydroPeptide’s finance team. Re-sellers approved for terms agree to pay invoices in full by their due date with a company check, credit card, or ACH payment. Finance fees of 1.5% monthly (18% annually) will be charged on all balances beginning after 30 days past due. Customers with overdue accounts will not be supplied with new orders until accounts are paid in full. If legal action is necessary to collect a debt, the Re- seller will be responsible for any attorney fees, court costs and costs to collect a debt. Accounts with invoices over 30 days past due will be placed on credit hold until balances have been paid up to date.  If the account remains past due for more than 90 days or payments continue to be late term privileges may be revoked and the account will be asked to pay for future orders immediately with credit card.

  • Order Cancellation

  • All orders are automatically processed as soon as they are placed.

    • If you cancel your order AFTER it has shipped, please follow our Return Policies and Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with applicable fees.
    • Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY, other than a HydroPeptide error, will be assessed a 25% handling charge.
  • Shipping

  • Shipping fees are as follows:

    ·        All orders up to $1,224 have a flat rate of $25 for UPS ground shipping

    ·        All order $1,225 and above are shipped UPS ground shipping at no cost

    ·        UPS 3 Day Air is a flat $50

    ·        UPS 2nd Day Air is a flat $75

    ·        UPS Next Day Air is a flat $100

    ·        All back orders are shipped UPS ground at no cost

  • Damaged or Missing Products

  • We strive for 100% accuracy in order fulfillment. It is also our intent to package each order with the proper materials and care to ensure the delivery of a quality product in a quality package. If you find packaging problems or product missing from your order, please contact your Account Executive within 2 business days. A package verification audit will be conducted and we will replace any product verified to be missing or omitted. No shipping or handling charges will apply. Any shipment of product not returned to HydroPeptide within 2 business days after receipt of delivery shall be deemed final sale, and account shall thereby waive any claim arising from the quality or condition of the goods upon delivery.

    Shipment damage must reported to the carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. If there are visible signs of damage, please take a digital photo if possible and call UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS) and report the dam- age. Retain all product and packaging until the carrier has conducted an inspection.

    HydroPeptide is not responsible for lost orders showing signed delivery confirmation.

  • Return Policy

  • All product returns require prior approval and will not be accepted without an Re- turn Merchandise Authorization (RC) number. Products must be shipped back to HydroPeptide before RC number(s) expire. Returns sent without authorization will be discarded and product credit will not be issued. Products should be returned within 1 week upon receiving your call tag to ship products back.

    Please note: HydroPeptide is not responsible for lost returns. It is the accounts responsibility to ship using carriers that issue tracking numbers and delivery confirmation.

    Unused, unopened or unmarked product may be returned for product credit within 60 days of receipt and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All items must be in original condition. HydroPeptide will not credit back or exchange any expired or returned product that has a sticker, label or has had any other marks attached. Returns must be shipped by the buyer to HydroPeptide. Only product costs are subject to product credit; shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.

    Trade show purchases, giveaways of product or products received at trainings are final. Product missing or damaged in trade show orders taken at the booth must be reported within one week of the date the product was purchased.

    All purchases of samples and monthly promotional products are final. We cannot issue credits or refunds for marketing materials such as brochures and catalogs, testers, samples, displays and manuals.

    HydroPeptide does not issue cash refunds.

  • Guest/Client Returns

  • We encourage our Resellers to set a return policy for their guests. Guest returns to our accounts due to dissatisfaction may be returned to HydroPeptide for product replacement unless the product is expired. Guest returns must be shipped back to HydroPeptide with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RC) number and returned within 7 days.

  • Advertising

  • Photographic images and press releases are available for your use. All promotional materials prepared by your business are subject to review and approval of HydroPeptide. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of your account. For more information on the availability of these materials, contact your Account Executive.

  • Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAPP)

  • Reseller’s advertising of HydroPeptide is subject to HydroPeptide’s unilateral MAPP. HydroPeptide does not seek and will not accept any agreement or assurance of compliance by Reseller with respect to its MAPP. View MAPP Policy here. 

  • Authorized Reseller Policy for the United States

  • Reseller agrees to comply with HydroPeptide’s Authorized Reseller Policy for the United States, as may be updated from time to time. HydroPeptide may issue other policies from time to time related to the promotion, handling, or sale of the Products and Reseller agrees to comply with such policies. HydroPeptide reserves the right to select its own customers. View Policy here. 

  • Online Sales

  • HydroPeptide allows only select Resellers to resell HydroPeptide online with prior written consent. If you have not been approved as an online Reseller, you do not have the rights to resell Hydro-Peptide online, including on third party marketplace sites such as Amazon and Walmart Marketplace.

  • Marketing Communication

  • By submitting this application, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing email messages from HydroPeptide at the email used when applying. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may unsubscribe at any time. 

  • Resell Channels

  • Resale Channels. Reseller hereby acknowledges and agrees that unless otherwise agreed to in writing by HydroPeptide, the licenses and rights granted to Reseller with respect to reselling of HydroPeptide is limited only to “brick and mortar” resell channels within the United States. Reseller will not resell HydroPeptide through online or “e-tail” channels without Supplier’s prior written approval. In addition, Reseller agrees that it will not resell HydroPeptide to any customer, sub-distributor or other third parties. Reseller must immediately cease selling to any party that resells HydroPeptide online or resells HydroPeptide outside the United States if Reseller becomes aware that such party is or intends to distribute the Products via online or e-tail channels.

    The undersigned hereby agrees and covenants that the information in this application is true and correct and agrees to notify HydroPeptide immediately if any information contained in this application becomes incorrect. Reseller acknowledges having read and understood Hydro-Peptide’s Policies/Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by the Policies/Terms and Conditions, including the HydroPeptide Authorized Reseller Policy for the United States. Resellers not abiding by HydroPeptide’s Policies/Terms and Conditions understand they will be suspended as a Reseller. The applicant understands and agrees that all billing, accounts and credit functions, and all other business functions are maintained and carried on in King County, Washington. In the event of suit or any dispute about products or services supplied under this agreement, such shall take place in King County, Washington.

  • Policies, terms, conditions and pricing are subject to change at any time upon the discretion of HydroPeptide without notice. HydroPeptide reserves the right to refuse and discontinue business
