❗An important note about emergent euthanasias:❗
We offer euthanasias during our normal business hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. We ALSO offer extended euthanasia hours of 5:00-7:00pm on most Mondays through Thursdays unless noted on the website. Please note that due to lack of staffing, we are unable to perform euthanasias on the weekend.

If you are contacting us during our normal or extended euthanasia hours and you need help urgently, please choose the “My pet is in immediate distress” option in the form below. This is especially critical during extended euthanasia hours, as this is the ONLY way to get in touch with our on-call doctor!

NOTE: If it is currently OUTSIDE of our normal and extended hours (past 7:00pm Mon-Thurs, past 5pm on Friday, or on the weekend, we will not get your form until 8:00am the next business day. If this is too late, you can call 24/7 hospitals MVMC in Scarborough at (207) 885-1290 or PVESC in Portland at (207) 780-0271 for help.

If you do not choose this option (i.e. your request is not extremely urgent) or it is not during our normal or extended euthanasia hours, we will be sure to get back to you during normal business hours.
How urgently do you need the euthanasia performed? ❗IMPORTANT NOTE:❗ Selecting "My Pet Is In Immediate Distress" option will trigger the the on-call doctor to be notified immediately if it is during our normal or extended euthanasia hours. We offer euthanasia services in the High Peaks Area Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. If you are submitting this form after-hours, our Client Liaison Team will get in touch with you when we are next open during normal business hours (8am-5pm Monday-Friday).

What is your preferred date/time for the euthanasia? *
After the euthanasia when your pet has passed, you may elect to care for your pet on your own. We also provide cremation services, either with the return of ashes ("Private Cremation") and without the return of ashes. Private cremations come with a beautiful solid wood urn and customized nameplate. If you choose not to receive your pet's ashes back, they will be given a burial at sea, where they, along with other beloved pet cremains, will be respectfully added to a Memorial Reef Sphere and placed on the ocean floor to stimulate coral reef production.
