This will be our 10th Christmas Shopping Evening being held at the County Showground, Stafford.
If you would like to be a part of our event, we ask that you please read the following before confirming your place by completing & submitting this booking form.
- The evening will run from 6.30pm until 9pm. Access to the room is from 5pm and we ask that you are set up no later than 6.15pm.
- We normally have an attendance of 300+ and about 70 stalls in total.
- The fee for your stall will be 10% of your total takings on the evening with a minimum fee of £10. We ask that this is paid to our organiser before you leave at the end of the evening, please using the envelope provided on your table.
- Electricity – if you require access to a power socket, please state this on the booking form.
