On the ground floor there’s a warehouse not accessible to the guests.

La proprietà è situata in posizione collinare ed è circondata da vigneti e oliveti, che rendono l’atmosfera rilassante e accogliente, in contatto con la natura. I proprietari, persone cordiali e riservate, accedono giornalmente alla proprietà per la manutenzione del giardino e della piscina. Arredamento in stile rustico toscano. Riscaldamento singolo. Al piano terra si trova un magazzino non accessibile agli ospiti.

Next to the entrance of the apartment there’s an entrance to another kitchen (fridge and washing machine) with dining room.
