Please make sure you read and understand the following information (if you are unsure of any details please email trinityexams@menaimusic.com.au and we will provide additional information prior to your enrolment form being completed):
All Submitters (can be parent/legal guardian/teacher/candidate) completing this form must be over the age of 18
Data will be used for exam adminstration purposes, conducting and marking exams and issuing exam results and certificates
A separate form must be used when:
- Candidates are to be examined on different exam dates
- The name of the school varies between one group of candidates and another
- Candidates are being examined for practical and for theory exams
- Candidates are being entered for different disciplines at specialist sessions
DIGITAL EXAMS: Once processed by the Trinity Sydney Rep team (after you have confirmed attendance and checked details are correct on MyTrinity), there is a deadline of 28 days to submit the digital exam once you receive the exam submission email.

Note: if you have submitted videos before via Submittable, you will still need to create a new account on MyTrinity using the same email address you list on the enrolment form in order to access the submission link.
Your enrolments will be processed every THURSDAY, where you will receive an email from Trinity asking you to check details and 'confirm attendance' of your candidate (this is both for F2F and Digital candidates). Please finalise this at your earliest convenience, as we will then process your booking on MONDAYS, where you will then receive the submission link from Trinity. If you have not confirmed the attendance before Monday, your booking will be processed the following week once you have done so.
