Health Insurance Acknowledgment

All campers are required to have insurance and will need to provide proof of health insurance during camp check-in on Thursday morning of camp.

Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment

Camper Fees are the biggest financial support for our camp, going towards the cost of fairgrounds rental, food expense, instructor fees, livestock rental, etc. It's very difficult to plan financially if money that is paid in keeps going back out. We understand things come up that change plans. However, we have a "no refund" policy which applies to all cancellations.
