Hello, thanks so much for your interest in joining the Fiverr Empower program for freelancers. Please fill out this registration form to tell us a bit about you.
Once the form is submitted, a member of the Fiverr Empower team will be in touch with you to let you know if you have been accepted into this program. They may also reach out to you with further questions.
What does the registration form include and ask you to do?
- First and Last Name
- Email address
- How long you have been a freelancer
- What your freelance skill sets include
- How many hours a week you are looking to take on freelance work
- Your accessibility needs and assistive technology requirements
- The registration form will require that you upload a resume and/or samples of your work in addition to providing any online links to view your work
- Contact information and time zone
The registration form will also request that you please answer the following two questions either by writing a response, audio recording a response or creating a video of yourself talking through your response:
1. Why would you like to join the Fiverr Empower Program and become a freelancer on the Fiverr Platform?
2. What previous and/or relevant freelance experience do you have that will help you be a successful freelancer on the Fiverr platform?
How will your information be used and stored?
Fiverr and Open Inclusion comply with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)—the highest privacy standard. Open Inclusion will collect data on this registration form and share it with Fiverr for the purposes of connecting you to the Fiverr Empower program only. Your data will never be shared with a third party or used for unsolicited marketing outside the Fiverr Empower Program.
Any data Open Inclusion collects through this registration form will be stored on a secure and password-protected file system and deleted within two years unless you specify otherwise. Any data you share with Open Inclusion through this registration form may be shared with Fiverr for the purpose of contacting you for the Empower Program. Your information will not be shared for any other purpose including marketing.
