The event takes place on August 23th, 2025 from 10am - 6pm at Children's Home Of Virginia Baptist , Petersburg, VA. The cost to participate is $50.00 per vendor. Please note vendor spots are limited and, payment is not due until you have been approved as a vendor for the event via email.

Space is limited, and vendors selected to be featured will receive an email, call, or text notification to have a space at this year's event officially. 3. Please note any vendors promoting any alcohol, cannabis, or sexual product or service are prohibited for this event. All vendor selection decisions are final.
