      $10 Deposit fee** is invoiced after the project request is approved. It is an administrative fee in addition to the project fees, applicable taxes, and other applicable fees.

  • What Happens Next:

  • 1. Review your PMO Project Request.

    2. (Optional) Save your PMO Project Request to complete & submit later.

    3. (Optional) Print your PMO Project Request, for your records.

    4. Submit your PMO Project Request.

    5. After you submit the PMO Project Request, you will receive an emailed copy of the form.

    6. Receive a response from the Project Coordinator,

    within 5 business days.

    7. Approved PMO Project Requests will be emailed a Statement of Work (SOW); and an Invoice for the Deposit fee of $10 USD (business entities, government, and churches are exempt).

    8. Request a virtual appointment to visually confirm your valid ID Proof of Military/Veteran/Senior/Disabled status to recieve 10% off total project fees (if applicable).

    9. Services and payments depend on the agreed scheduling.
