    Final menu - 30 days prior

    Final guest count - 15 days prior

    Final payment - 12 days prior

    Please understand, within 15 days of your event no edits to menu, guest count or staffing may be made. We will be completing staffing and ordering ingredients. You many add on a few guests, but we cannot accommodate edits to remove staffing, guests or menu changes within 15 days of your event. Thank you!
