I understand emergencies sometimes come up and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request the respect of both my time and the time of others by providing a minimum 24 hour notice of any changes to your service or appointment time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please contact the salon ASAP. Anything beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting other appointments scheduled that day. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are 15+ minutes late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day and subject to a no-show fee. On the occasion that an abbreviated service may be performed, they will still incur the full charge of the scheduled services.
In the rare event that I, the stylist, must cancel the appointment at the last minute due to an emergency or illness, every effort will be made to contact the client as soon as possible. I will offer to reschedule the appointment at the earliest available time that is convenient for both the client and the stylist. In this situation, no late cancellation fee will be charged to the client.
Payment is due promptly at the time of the appointment. Payment methods accepted are Cash, Card, and Apple pay.
